Frederick & Simon Inc. is looking for a hungry sales professional with at least 1 year of experience selling complex solutions in the B2B and Utility marketplace. This individual will work directly with the cofounders to hit the ground running and generate new, exciting business opportunities. The phone is your best friend – if you are skilled at inside sales, this is right up your alley. The sales person will actively work to book as many calls and meetings as possible, supporting the existing sales team. This is a chance to be the voice that plays an integral part in building our business!



Maintain a consistent sales pipeline from inbound & outbound leads for a selection of energy efficiency and services products

Continuously source and qualify leads, be creative in identifying and developing sales channels

High volume of cold calls per day with a goal of setting up and/or having 10+ meetings booked (online or in person) per week

Occasionally travel with team to face-to-face sales calls and industry conferences

Stay current with industry trends and new market developments

Become a credible voice in the industry across relevant social media platforms

You are highly motivated to succeed and you are ruthlessly yet politely persistent

1+ years sales experience selling

Understands the need to go far above the minimum in terms of time and effort in order to truly succeed

Comfortable in high-pressure situations

Willingness to step up and suggest process improvements

Experience presenting to VP & C level execs via phone and, eventually, in person
