He has worked for 20 years in the energy industry on an international basis both as a domestic employee and an expatriate, namely in NA, SA, EU and MENA. Mike provides consulting advisory services focusing on assisting businesses increase revenue by creating or revising front end sales & marketing structure and practices, building the corporate strategic plan, developing B2B marketing strategy, assessing partners-vendors-acquisitions, by providing new market development/representation and new product launch assistance. Mike’s previous career experiences include 18 years combined with Aecon Group and Babcock & Wilcox Canada in vice president leadership roles related to sales, business development, marketing, strategic planning & general management. He holds a Professional Engineering License, a Bachelor of Engineering Science from Western University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Western University.

Having worked in Canada, the US, and in Europe, he understands the business performance companies are seeking to achieve in Canada and beyond. He has 16 years of experience successfully influencing decision makers in both the public and private sectors, and 8 in a leadership capacity. As a turnaround specialist, Marc has transformed underperforming sales organizations to deliver consistent double-digit revenue growth. He has also successfully led the integration of an acquired company and has worked extensively with labour unions. Marc holds an MBA from Western University's Richard Ivey School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences from Queen's University in Ontario. He is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and possesses the Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance.
